      Its been smooth sailing from day one

      Pros

      As the title implies, its been smooth sailing for me from day one. Started on at a decent salary with good potential to make more with all of the overtime available. Management goes out of their way to make employees feel appreciated. They understand how tough this job can be on the staff but they do their best to let us know how much we’re appreciated.

      Specific departments have poor communication.

      Pros

      I spent three years nurturing my career at CompuNet. I never intended on staying for long. It was my intention to get in and out after two years. I spent an extra year because CompuNet was such a great employer. The convenience of the flexible schedule and the fact they treated me with basic respect was enough to keep me around. I eventually left to pursue the next leg of my career.

      CompuNet took care of me. I have nothing negative to say about this company.

      -Plenty of opportunity -Great pay -Full benefits -Nice people in management -Set schedule

      Cons

      None for me. The work is repetitive, but I like that. I can let my mind wander without messing up.
