Pros
They seem to make money in spite of themselves. They do some good in the community, it is all for tax right off and publicity, but at least they provide some good. There are a lot of great people to work with.
Cons
I have dealt with a lot of dishonestly and outright lying. If you take a job here, make sure that the terms and conditions are laid out very directly and in great detail because after they get you, they will manipulate or just change "the agreement" and say, either agree or hit the road. I have heard this from many people at Cupertino. There seems to be a lot of confusion between managers and a lot of confusion between management and HR which leads to a lot of misunderstandings about the expectations, goals and commitments. Fore example, you may get an assignment that is, bring me a rock.. When you do that, they say, no, I wanted a rock with no sharp edges bring me another. After bringing a smooth flat rock with rounded edges, they will say, no, I wanted a round rock with round edges. Again, you comply and bring them a round rock with rounded edges and they say NO, I wanted one that was blue! So, you go get a round rock with rounded edges that is blue and they shake their heads, stair at the floor and say, I want a round rock with rounded edges that is blue but is bigger than this rock and again, you go get a bigger rock that is too big and so on. So, just be aware of that, get everything in writing, get a length of time that they cannot change it if you can and make sure it has every possible detail you can think of.
