Pros

Schenker has been long known to train their employees for their competition so perhaps start here, gain industry knowledge then quickly move on.

Cons

Top heavy in regards to upper management and their poor performance gets rewarded with promotions as long as you're in the "club." Unattainable budget #s set post COVID & when the #s were obviously not being met, those at the desk level pay the price when their position is eliminated. Each product operates as its own entity; insistent on wasting $ by reinventing the wheel instead of learning from other teams who already lived through any particular experience.

Pros

None. This was the worst company I’ve ever worked.

Cons

Outdated Software; PROCARS?! Really? Very 1985. Lots of favoritism and office politics; Disorganized.
