I experienced a disconnection between management and the workforce, with little effort made to address my concerns, detail future direction, provide transparency, or align our goals with one another. The absence of effective leadership, for me, has contributed to a sense of frustration and uncertainty in my tenure at DV. I do have regrets joining DV and assisting any team raise their revenues. The reciprocation in all forms isn't evident. Look elsewhere for innovation and forward thinking. In my current role, I'm unchallenged, unfulfilled, and unsatisfied with no upward trajectory in sight.
