no pros. the company is not a good company to work
Cons
if you are a woman your salary is less than a man. In my case I was the General manager and the men who reported to me earn 40% more than me. if you are a woman and you are being offer a position take this into consideration. In my case I resigned the contract once I realize the situation, nobody aware me of this before I acept the position
