      Set schedule One of the best options within Victoria (not too many options) Great place to learn a lot quickly

      Frequently short staffed 1:6 patient ratios with one or no aide Management doesn’t help with hands on care EVER

      Pros

      Co-nurses are friendly and will try to offer help at times. It's good place to gain experience since it's very busy almost every shift.

      Cons

      Staffing is very bad. They burn out nurses. The nurse-patient ratio is not safe for the patients. Nurses do all the work from bathing, changing diapers, changing beds, collecting food trays and garbages. Nurse Assistants barely help with attending patients call bell even if primary nurse is still attending other patient.
