-Work OT whenever you want -Great pay -No quotas to meet, quality is more important than quantity -Vacation time can be called in day-of -Laid back work environment, you wont have people breathing down your neck all day, and if you need to smoke, use the restroom, etc, nobody will bother you about it. -Great schedule. 6a to 2p for 1st, 2p to 10p for 2nd, 10p to 6a for 3rd. They have 2 plants about a mile and a half away from each other, only 1 has 3rd shift.
