Pros

There is so much to learn in this industry and the amount I have learned is nothing short of amazing. Everyone wants you to grow into your speciality. The tools used, the benefits, and culture makes this a fun place to work while also a rewarding place to work.

Cons

Nothing that I would consider a con

Pros

- Remote - Largely autonomous work - if you have a strong work ethic and drive to produce results then Digital Strike puts its trust in you. - Very few meetings - time management is highly respected, and unnecessary meetings are thoughtfully mitigated - The most intelligent, kind, and sincere co-workers - literally, everyone shows up to work in an authentic, generous, and inspiring way. - Operates differently than most agencies - CEO is a super human who is kind, thoughtful, respectful, and passionate about helping businesses grow. - Dog-loving company - Diverse client portfolio - Smart/efficient tech stack to support employees in day-to-day work - AMAZING benefits - from dental to bi-weekly lunches, and more. - Each team at Digital Strike is led by a diverse range of individuals. I love the focus on process, balance, and a flat organization.

Cons

Zero cons. I've worked in digital advertising for 10+ years and have never experienced this sort of supportive, efficient, effective agency. Maybe, the only con is lacking the ability to be on-site with team members. I get the sense that the on-site (non-remote) workers have a fabulous work environment and build strong connections. As a remote worker - I feel supported, but it’s to be expected that a layer of personal connection is harder to build.
