Flexibility in responsibilities. If you are proactive you can craft your job to be whatever you want it to be. Free bagels and beer on fridays Health insurance includes chiropractic services and acupuncture. You can really learn a lot and grow professionally here.

Cons

In New York the culture does not allow for a good work life balance. It requires long hours, sometime for actual work, other times because there is peer and upper management pressure to work harder Also on that flexibility part that I mentioned as a pro. It can work against you since responsibilities can go unassigned causing a lot of confusion and stress among staff

Pros

Like most agencies, they have a diverse client portfolio, so you get to work in several different projects. Quite stimulating.

Cons

A lot. They claim to an agency that moves quickly and with speed in a dynamic business environment. Also the whole "We're like a start up, except we are not".. Their HR and salary / performance structure is as corporate as it gets. They flip every coin to save money.

As a new hire, I appreciate the friendly environment and people willing to help. Everyone is invested in each other's success.

Cons

This is a company full of extroverts. As a relatively reserved person, it's sometimes intimidating and can be hard to stand out.
