Pros

- Decent benefits - Liked the employees I worked with minus management - Stable work and consistent - Nice equipment/tools to do the job - Nice office - Decent pay

Cons

- Micro managing COO (Matt Sands) who pretty much does everybody’s job for them since he can’t get out of his own way. - No training whatsoever but expected to meet their expectations in a timely manner. - Very poor language in the work place. Not very professional. - Will take your ideas then turn them into theirs. Matt kisses the owners you know what and is very good at deflecting attention away from himself. You’ll see he is the owners puppet.

Pros

The only thing decent about the company is the pay, but you will sacrifice a lot for it.

Cons

Absurdly long hours (65+ hr/wk in a 5-day week, doing manual labor) Technicians are treated like chattel Long hours and lack of sleep create dangerous conditions, especially while driving No life outside of work

Pros

Like all company's it started out good. They have a nice fleet of trucks and vans/facility but it's all a lie.

Cons

They will fire you for no reason, if you have not been there for more than a year they will always let you work the long hours. When they terminated me they took over a month to pay me and even called the police to remove me from the property just because I came in to the office to demand my check. Insurance fraud they like to make the insurance call for the homeowner so they can have the leverage they need to file the claim. Matt the general manager only cares about the money he will boost up the claim and do unnecessary demo, use specialty equipment to make more money. They do not follow the iicrc guidelines. They think they are above the law and all regulation just because they are a privately owned company. They make you pay for your own certifications, and all expenses associated with getting certified, such as plane ticket (some training is in a diff state) and hotel room and on top of all that you have to wait to get your raise from being certified 6months for every certification.
