Pros

A lot of money long term if you dedicate your life and soul to the company.

Cons

Working hours are a strict 7-5pm. Lack of training. Can't ask technical questions to management until after 5pm. Often times you are required to stay well past 5pm to mock a proposal and get questions answered. Culture is no fun at all. You don't get commission for about 2+ years. You must break your base salary in commission in order to receive commission... Will take years to accomplish that, but if you stick with it good for you. Still no job security if you under perform. The monthly quota is completely unattainable and no one usually even gets close

Pros

The Pay is pretty good.

Cons

Management works you to exhaustion. 5 hours of Talk Time. hundreds of calls. Management calls you after hours. The old arrogant ol' British coot who oversees the Sales department has shown blatant misogyny & ageist, toxic behavior. The others aren't any better. Very toxic culture.

Pros

Competitive salary, free gym (only open during week).

Cons

Have to wait 3 months for benefits to kick in and they don’t cover 100%. Extreme micromanagement and have to clock in and out even on a “salary position” hours are tracked like a hawk. CEO and management do not care about anyone’s time or lives outside of work, you will be expected to stay way past EOD with no heads up prior. If you are not talking on the phone 9/10 hours of the day you will be in trouble. Very few holidays off and very little PTO given the amount of hours you work. 10 hour minimum days. If you speak up you’ll get fired.
