Whether you’re working across engineering, product, or customer-facing roles, you’ll find people who are deeply invested in both the technology and each other’s success. Leadership has a clear, compelling vision for where EDB is headed, especialy around sovereign data and AI; they communicate this with conviction. It’s empowering to work somewhere where you can see the roadmap and understand how your contributions fit into the big picture. Career growth is real here. EDB lives its core value of “Grow and Evolve”. I’ve experienced it firsthand, and I’ve watched colleagues step into bigger roles as the company continues to scale.

      Cons

      EDB moves fast, which is mostly a feature, not a bug. If you thrive in a high-energy environment and enjoy wearing multiple hats, you’ll love it. Those who prefer a slower, more structured pace may find the workload demanding at times.

      The trust is real

      Pros

      At EDB the trust is real, it's outcome driven, no one is watching the clock. You have flexibility, but make no mistake, you earn it. It's a lot of work you'll be be alongside some of the smartest people you ever meet. Not everyone will get to this level of freedom. If you thrive on responsibility and results, EDB is unbeatable.

      Cons

      When everything is on full blast, it can get chaotic. Even though the culture is supportive, and everyone preaches family first; the sheer scale of the work can make you feel expected to be superhuman. But you can't conquer Rome in a day, just remember to pace yourself.
