Pros

Absolutely none. There is nothing good about this excuse for a company.

Cons

They pay FAR below the industry standard. There is a reason why everyone calls it the Every Single Penny Network (ESPN). Their production standards are the laughing stock of the industry! Their workforce has been criminally understaffed and underpaid for decades. Avoid Bristol and its bloated clueless middle management like the plague!

Pros

Easy once trained Some good trainers and people Great Directors People are very nice to your face Best for short time to get experience. Get out before you get stuck. Don’t settle.

Cons

Retaliatory culture. If something happens to you they will find a way to retaliate or run you out before they make it right. Not good for women or minorities. Odd hours and little chance for good days off. Lack of transparency and clear communication. Can get mundane and boring. Location is awful, no culture outside of the job, very little to do, especially on odd days off. Toxic work environment. Culture is outwardly great but covertly insincere. Even sports enthusiasts eventually want out.

Pros

Part of the Disney Family Freedom to grow and learn Cool and interesting work environment Always something new to work on

Cons

Hours are tough for family Long days and not much time off Sometimes a little to “corporate” Co-workers willing to throw you under the buss to get ahead
