Pros

-Interesting work, helping films/shows get made and distributed -Good job security and growth plans -Great leadership (for the past couple years) -Fast paced environment -Good focus on diversity and inclusion -Lots of available jobs at decent salaries and a good place for people to start their careers

Cons

-Can be too fast paced on occasion which can be stressful if you let it get to you -Clients can be demanding -Training is lacking

Amazing service to customers. Incredible technology. Locally focused but internationally renowned. Safety is a major priority. Not overly matrixed.

Cons

There are sad stories from the past. There is a divide between old school culture and the high performance culture of the future that is gaining traction.
