Pros

Working at Elementum means working on an exciting platform with really talented people. Haters are going to hate on Elementum because our leadership isn't afraid to let people go (with generous severance packages) who don't fit the culture of work hard, play hard. Leadership gives everyone working on the product everything we need to be successful: high powered hardware, autonomy to solve engineering problems, breakfast lunch and dinner when you are in the office, generous time off to recharge, great benefits. Working at Elementum feels like working at a California tech startup in Utah.

Cons

We work really hard. If you are looking for "work-life balance" then go to a big tech company. If you want to work hard in pursuit of a big reward, come to Elementum.

Pros

Strong cohesive leadership providing an extremely talented team the opportunity to build an entirely new discipline in supply chain that has somehow not been addressed over the past decade. Very strong product and culture throughout the organization focused on the customer’s success. It is refreshing to work for a company that consistently does the right thing for employees and customers.

Cons

I don’t consider this a con, but if you are not comfortable with rapid change, wearing multiple hats, rolling up your sleeves and doing hard work that is valued and rewarded this isn’t the place for you. No one is going to hold your hand or give you the answers. The expectation is they hire people that can get the job done and then empowers them to execute.
