      Onin provides Intra-prenureship, teaches & encourages staff to be leaders.

      Cons

      They claim they'll grow your gifted skills in the realm you're best at but instead will throw you into Full Desk Recruiting & Sales, sink or swim, they wont hesitate to fire you if they don't like you on a personal level or if you make any type of stir with clients. Customer is NEVER wrong. They'll overload you with responsibilities yet rarely increase pay reasonably.

      Pros

      Cristal Reyes and staff was on point very professional, well organized and very accommodating, Crystal was patient and helpful in the process. This location is very convenient and the staff is very welcoming. one of the best in the state.

      Other agencies need to use Onin staffing recipe.
