Good CEO. Leann and Mary (regional management) were very responsive, but not overbearing. Nice work environment. The vast majority of my coworkers were both pleasant and competent- those who weren't washed out pretty fast.
Cons
Benefits weren't great, no 401k matching. Pay could have been better for the amount of responsibility you assume.
Local management of pharmacies can vary quite a bit from location to location- and regional management seems to prioritize autonomy over consistency.
