      People, Management, Technology, and Customers that you cannot beat combined with good pay for performance, work place flexibility, and driven culture for those who like to compete and win.

      Cons

      Un-relenting pace can lead to crushing hours, making work life balance a continual struggle. Employees are the companies number one asset, but the perks and support systems do not reflect that comprehensively.

      Remote, unlimited pto, health benefits, wellness days

      Cons

      Complex tools, products and processes. It's mostly all cold calling which is a grind. Morale is at all time low across entire department. Quotas change mid month. No career opportunities... at all. 99% of sdrs have been sdrs for years with no advancement but we're treated like it's an entry level role
