Where do I begin? Federal holidays are taken out of employees accrued PTO. Low hourly pay for seasoned therapists. Speaking of hourly pay…staff is sent home with the option to receive no pay or use PTO time if there are cancellations and those appointments can’t filled. . Patients are scheduled back to back. No time for documentation in between patients. Required to clean and sanitize treatment areas between patients but with unrealistic expectations to adhere to cleaning protocols. All about numbers and productivity. It’s not healthcare. It’s health business.
