Excellent benefits but limited summer PTO options - PCT -Patient Care Technician Atlantic Health System Employee Review

Inability to use PTO for summer vacation. They go by seniority and allow 2 weeks at a time and only 2 people on PTO each week of the 12 week summer for my shift. Once the senior group takes their 2 weeks, there's nothing left by the time they get to the other groups. The person in charge of the schedule is very unprofessional, condescending and confrontational.
