      Pros

      Salary is competitive. Cash-balance pension plan for all full time employees, which is unheard of at most companies. Health insurance is outstanding. Paid time off (vacation + sick days + personal days) is very generous. In-house day care. Benefits are great.

      Cons

      As other reviewers have mentioned, very politically charged atmosphere. Bully management isn't unheard of, and favoritism is rampant. 20% work hard, while the other 80% coast toward retirement. Overspending is a real problem.

      Excellent health insurance if you see Atlantic Health providers. Resources available for LOA, allow for mental health days.

      Cons

      Expected to cover at multiple locations. Unpredictable schedule. PTO blackout dates fill up very fast and several months in advance.
