Pros
The health insurance is great if you use it appropriately. I haven't used it out of state yet. The workplace is clean and a nice place to work.
Cons
The way they employee individuals does not make much sense. For instance someone with no experience right out of college who has no work ethic is currently higher than me who has been here for 5 years with more education, experience, etc.
