      Great benefits. Culture for the most part is good. I think there is good effort to be the best in class.

      Cons

      Management is young and inexperienced in leading people. Not a very dynamic company. They were a small company that is now part of a big global company. The structure of management lacks accountability at all levels positions.

      Consistent workload and decent hours. Pay scale is above average for the area. Great PTO policy and benefits program.

      Changes at upper management, can get mixed messages as to what the true direction of the organization.
