1yWe apologize for not seeing and responding to your review sooner. We are sad to hear of your experience with BankSouth. Through our multiple communication channels, we encourage employees to share their feedback with us on any topic, positive or negative. Once we become aware of an issue, this allows us to gather specific details regarding it and come up with a solution to resolve it. In addition, the Human Resources team is always available to listen and address any concerns that any employee may have. In 2024, 18 employees were hired into new roles within BankSouth. As of April 2025, we already have 6 employees who have accepted new roles within the company. While not everyone may end up getting a new role that they applied to, they should be provided with specific feedback on why they were not chosen for the role. Additionally, there are many ongoing, internal training opportunities for employees to take and develop new skills in.
Although we do not know the specifics of your issue, we would encourage you to reach out to your manager or Human Resources so we can gather more information from you regarding these issues. We value all employees and want them to enjoy each day they spend working with BankSouth.
