Not a lot of upwards movement a lot of team members stay on for years(which is also a good thing)

Ability to create your own schedule. Company culture is great. Do not feel like just another employee.

Can be stressful if you’re always thinking about your budget, budget increases ( every year, ) etc. Could be a high performer and still not get promoted.
