      Pros

      Everyone at Bi Con is very nice and family oriented. Insurance is included and company helps with 401K. Everyone is like family there

      Cons

      Though everyone is like family this is for all upper management. As company grows there is less and less respect for the new younger employees.

      Health Benefits. Compensation is okay,

      An operator isn’t actually an operator on most job sites. It would seem they’re heavy on operator’s and low on laborers. So the operators are expected to be laborers. But they don’t say that upfront.
