      bonus and benefits are equal to slightly above average

      Cons

      hall monitors, strict, lose minded and unprofessional, atmosphere is a mix of jail/ highschool, no ability to work from home and limited vacation time.

      Needs better pay scale for the type of work preformed there. High quality work pay needs to be comparable to others in the same field.

      Pros

      Everyone at Bi Con is very nice and family oriented. Insurance is included and company helps with 401K. Everyone is like family there

      Cons

      Though everyone is like family this is for all upper management. As company grows there is less and less respect for the new younger employees.
