Thanks for taking a moment to leave your feedback. We're really glad to hear you've had such a good experience with the staff and find the work fulfilling. We’re really sorry to hear the current pay and benefits package isn’t meeting your expectations. We know how important it is to feel supported in that way. If you ever want to talk through options or have questions, we encourage you to reach out to your supervisor or HR for a private conversation. Thank you for everything you do and for bringing so much care and compassion to your work.

Pros

Focus on building more consistent and scalable systems for training and supervision. Strengthening internal support structures and ensuring leadership roles are aligned with appropriate experience levels would help improve consistency and long-term outcomes.

Cons

Training and supervision can be uneven between teams, leading to differences in how services are delivered. As the company grows, internal systems and processes have not always scaled at the same pace. This can result in inconsistent support for staff and variability in day-to-day expectations. In some cases, oversight and leadership structures do not fully reflect the level of experience needed to guide clinicians effectively in a fast-growing setting.
