      People are wonderful to work with and very willing to help you when you need it. Management is understanding of personal concerns and interests, especially with COVID.

      Can be stressful sometimes with amount of work to do, but management is responsive to workload concerns

      Slow to promote - management shows lots of favoritism Lots of restructuring (big restructure at least every 18 months) Company is very management heavy with bloated VP titles Poor work life balance, especially on high priority programs
