      Pros

      Beautiful facility, ample resources for work, great coworkers and fun perks. Compensation is great for the field.

      Cons

      Bad maternity/paternity leave (almost nonexistent). Low PTO, sick leave is lumped in with PTO at only 15 days starting. Low flexibility on remote work.

      Good compensation package. Sign on bonus. Professional development.

      Work life balance is not where I'd like it. Need longer paternity & maternity leave. Need sick leave in addition to PTO

      Nice work environment with great ppl in Columbus OH office

      Cons

      Totally different vibe in the Columbus Office than the Akron office Managers are not understanding and make up their hours as they go but punish employees who might need to deviate from the normal schedule for a reason. No work life balance No paid holiday or PTO Make you work in office ALL the time when actual employees barely show up. Managers treat you like garbage if you are a contractor
