Pros
The services they provide. Coworkers. Good paid time off.
Cons
Many years at budget time am told may be laid off or have to go part time while other coworkers aren't. Many managers are totally (totally) I'm competent. Barely any employee recognition for many workers. Agency focuses on "pet projects".
