      Pros

      Will train you to get CDL, travel to see the country. Newer (not new) trucks. Hawkeyes community college where you may get trained is top notch.

      Cons

      Low pay, split pay, high price for schooling, you pay every cent that is paid to get employed. They are the worst company I've worked for in truck.

      Pros

      room for growth, decent benefits, and employee amenities.

      Cons

      company is losing it's vision; management doesn't foster an environment that allows for growth, despite the many opportunities to do so within the company. from favoritism to the lack of training, the management paints a terrible image for future and long-term employees. expect a turnover rate higher than that of a McDonalds.
