Pros

The company culture is great. One of the best ABA trainings available.

Cons

You are contracted for a year and if you want to leave before that you will have to pay. The number of hours are not guaranteed. The company considers full time to be 30 hours. The pay is low relative to other agencies

Pros

The training is intense, but I felt very prepared when I took my RBT exam, also felt very prepared when I worked with my clients, The BCBAs are very supportive, I see the BCBA supervisor at least once per week, The schedulers are very responsive, Schedulers have been very helpful in accommodating me when needing time off, The opportunities to advance take place approximately every 3-4 months with a rate increase

Cons

Depending on my schedule summer can be a little slow, there have been times where at the end of the day I am physically tired
