Pros

They Sponsored my CNA certificate

Cons

Understaffed and underpaid. There is no accountability and the nurses will watch you struggle while barking more orders and sitting back watching tik tok on their phones. The workplace bullying that is acceptable there is probably the most toxic thing about that place. They wonder why they have such a high turnover rate. I worked at the Erlanger location, Villaspring. There is so much neglect that happens there it makes it a depressing place to work. Upper management could careless. When you report stuff they say they are working on fixing it but I was only there for a few months and things just kept getting worse and not better. They will keep losing good employees until they make real changes around there.

Pros

Working at Carespring has been a rewarding experience rooted in strong values, genuine leadership, and a family-like culture. The support from upper management is unmatched—they listen, lead with integrity, and make it clear that every team member matters. The company offers flexible scheduling, which is a massive asset for maintaining work-life balance, especially in healthcare. Growth opportunities are real here—many employees, myself included, have seen advancement thanks to the ongoing training and mentorship provided. Even in a fast-paced environment, leadership ensures transparency and fosters a sense of job security if you’re looking for a place where you’re more than just a badge number and where your voice and growth matter. Carespring is that place.

Cons

You'll love your job to much.
