Great exposure to retail and brand clients. Retailers look to CitrusAd as experts in the retail media landscape. Customer service teams, ad ops, and technical teams are fantastic to work with to get things done. Good training opportunities via Publicis.
Cons
Retailers can be receptive but slow to change. Training expectations can feel cumbersome when trying to get day job done. Conflicts and misguided conversations around perceptions on Epsilon/Citrus “one team” and how we position services to clients. Glass ceiling if you did not come from Triad.
