Pros

In my past years working in a management position for other companies, working for Dry Force is takes the cake. The CARE about their customers, their employees, and their reputation. They openly discuss issues at hand and work with the managers to correct them that will benefit everyone involved or directly affected. They value their employees through providing training, amazing benefits, growth opportunities, and compensation opportunities higher than the industry standards. Coming to work each day feels like being at my second home. I wouldnt trade it for the world!

Cons

We work a lot of hours some seasons, but it is nothing less than expected in the emergency services role.

Pros

Chill environment, good workers, decent people overall

Cons

Management wishy washy, specifically Shane. Job posting showed 90-130k earning potential when it was less than half that on a good day. Closer to 30-40k. Was told I would get commissions on sales at the interview then told after starting that I had to close at over 70% monthly to make commissions which is hard to do when you show up to a house and there is no water damage and they count it against you in your closing ratio. When I brought it up later it wasn't taken seriously. I was also told we would get 40-60hrs per week and they hired way more sales people than they needed and hrs dropped to 20-30hrs. Then they hired another one. When I told the manager I could understand why they didn't have a longer standing sales team he fired me.
