Great benefits, but difficult environment in Health Policy Center - Program Coordinator Duke University Employee Review

It depends on what area or department you work in. I worked at the Health Policy Center on the Education Team within Duke University and it was not a good environment to work in at all. Being at Duke is what made is better but within the health policy center, there were a lot of biases and politics that made is extremely challenging to be happy there.
