Pros

Paid training and great benefits! Good starter position to get the experience and required licenses for the industry.

Cons

High focus on metric and meeting sales goals, but you answer inbound calls and aren't always going to be able to reach that goal. They say they value quality work and leads, but hitting the metric is all they care about.

Pros

Good pay and the company seems to really care. Management were some of the best Management I've ever had. No one belittling you. Training was amazing. At the time work was hybrid. Benefits are nice, paid vacation, sick leave, 6 months maternity with pay etc. Overall would definitely recommend

Cons

There is a slight sales element to this job. Although it isn't the worst. There still is a quota you are expected to meet by the end of the week

Pros

Great benefits, good pay, a lot of job resources.

Cons

A majority of positions have sells quote, they will change job function adding more work without increased pay, no real work life balance.
