      Pros

      I've enjoyed every minute of my time at EasyPost! The people that work here are some of the best I've even had the pleasure of working with. Everyone is always willing to help out in any way they can to get the job done. Upper management is fantastic and always transparent. Since the beginning of the pandemic they had the safety of their employees in mind and moved to full remote work while still making sure to take care of us in every way.

      Cons

      Miss the camaraderie that was had when working in the office. Since wfh It's hard to know when new people start and build those relationships. Some teams are harder to work with than others at times. But I suppose this can happen in any work environment.

      Pros

      Everything was ready to go right from day one. My desk was clean and ready, my name plate was already there, my laptop was open and waiting for me to plug in my credentials. The LMS was very organized and walked me through how to navigate the various tools we use. Then it did a great job of explaining Easypost and our large suite of products. This was done through videos, short quiz's, and some interactive activities. The people in the office are nice and all seem to want to help with anything they can.

      Cons

      They have unlimited snacks, soft drinks, and twice a week there is free breakfast. If you have a sweet tooth you may gain a pound or two!

      Cons

      - Constant fear among employees of sudden layoffs without warning - Frequent unexpected terminations creating ongoing anxiety - Lack of job security leading to persistent stress and uncertainty - Fear of being fired at any moment affects focus and performance - Overall environment feels unstable due to unpredictable staffing decisions
