Flexibility of working location great benefits product is amazing

still building out the partner segment of the business so it can be a bit painful trying to get things done sometimes

When I started over 5 years prior, the company had great intentions to be a good company and treat people with respect and dignity. The culture was improving consistently. They were putting in the right people in the right positions to accelerate their growth.

It all went to garbage. Massive leadership issue. Greed and internal politics ruined everything. Women and minorities were actively marginalized. There are now no women at the Chief level and only a few women left at the VP level in the entire company. The entire finance organization was a total disaster, allowing incompetence, arrogance, pettiness, favoritism, and nastiness to reign supreme.
