Co-workers are helpful and friendly, work is easy, benefits are inexpensive, easy to make rate on most jobs, learn a variety of jobs, a lot of parties and good culture.

Pay is sub-par for manufacturing, training is either too long or too short, work is repeative and boring, HR could be better, some workers get away with a lot while others are punished for everything, advancing is difficult for even the best producers.
