Pros

Unlimited PTO Flexible schedule Full maternity benefits Very family friendly Lovely people in non-management positions

Cons

Every single wrung of leadership is overworked, underpaid, being hounded by their higher-ups, and don’t have time to actually support the people they’re managing. Success used to be measured by performance, now is measured by how quickly you answer a Slack message and whether or not your working every single minute of the day. The organization has taken a massive nose dive since the founder and original CEO was replaced in 2020. Morale is low, tensions are high, and the people who stuck around after 2020 are regretting it. I was the only person from my team that stayed, I wasn’t offered any pay increases since my team left, and my tenure was treated with suspicion and micromanagement instead of the respect and tenured pay it deserved. Currently, if an employee sticks around for longer than a year they are considered “long term”. Only a few that were with the original company have stayed and they’re all unhappy.

Pros

Uh, nothing comes to mind.

Cons

SLT that changes so often you’ll wonder when they started musical chairs and why they won’t stop. Salaries so far below market it is almost unbelievable. Seeing your entire team vanish around you due to changes so infuriating no one can stomach them, (or simply being micromanaged to death) completely out-of-the-blue firing sprees, and surprise team “restructuring” (read: layoffs, the ones they told you not to worry about). And how can I forget the “Town Halls” where the ever-changing cast of people with PowerPoint highlights how well Sales did — better than ever!!! — because they’re the only team that matters! And money is the only meaningful metric! But sales going up, up, up will not impact wages in the slightest. The entire Ensora Health employment experience, start to finish, is so unbelievable and so agonizing that if you don’t laugh, you’ll cry. (But you will cry, too.)
