Pros

Small "team" environment. Fast paced and you have many doors that are available to open. Never stop learning. No job at Essential Industries is ever the same and you are always presented with the opportunity to grow and change. If you don't want to work there then quit but don't complain. Like I tell my kids make good choices and its your choice. Contrary to all the negative reviews on this thread, there are many good people that do work there, make the work environment fun and enjoyable, and care about their coworkers. My time at Essential Industries was good overall and would love to go back to Essential Industries if the situation presented it.

Cons

I don't think the company operates as a modern facility with the same standards that normal companies do in the chemical process industries. Sales and sales growth are necessary to be a great company. Contract manufacturing is a strong performer for Essential Industries which augments its existing product line.

Thanks for your review. If you ever back in the neighborhood we would love showing you some of the modern processes and standards we have developed over the past couple years. You might not know, but these improvements have lead us to many supplier of the year awards recently.
