      The internal operations are ineffective due to outdated technology, lack of POS and micromanging to the point of distracting and stressful & do not service the client on the service side

      Pros

      I met and got to work with some great people.

      Cons

      Monthly sales quota was unattainable. Store leadership was inexperienced and unprofessional. Management for the most part was a mess and inconsistent. The expectation placed on you were so stressful.
