      It’s a regular paycheck if you need a job.

      Cons

      Don’t think you’re going to make this a long-term career because when they are done with you they chew you up and spit you out then good luck getting a job in the industry after your name is tarnished.

      Pros

      Work at your own pace by having control over your own business within the business. Great manager who treated me as a fellow equal rather than beneath them.

      Cons

      Long hours, had to perform self marketing and advertising for the most part.

      Pros

      Everyone that worked there was nice.

      Cons

      You have to supply your own tools and the pay is low. So the first few months it feels like you're paying to work there instead of getting paid. You also don't get 40 hrs each week, it averages about 36 and they don't seem to encourage overtime.
