      Orientation experience was fantastic and although a lot of information was given it was very easy to take in.

      The company has a great atmosphere. They give back to their employees with Rally's and bonuses.

      Cons

      They're always open. So holidays and weekends are a must.

      Pros

      Paid fairly and 2 bonuses each year PTO takes a second to build up since we accrue and don't get it all at once but once you build it up the PTO is actually great and rolls over which is nice. I really enjoy my team and management. Great health benefits! The plans are so affordable and there is an on-site clinic and pharmacy that are free or cheap for employees.

      Cons

      There is a lot of room to jump from department to department and grow, but once you hit manager level there isn't really any upward mobility. No work from home options. I understand why but it is a con nonetheless.
