      It's nice working for a company that is invests in their employee's and is living it's values.

      Cons

      Telehealth is not always the most ideal means of providing services, but offices will be opening soon and in person services will improve the implementation of care for our members.

      Pros

      Supportive management, billing and admin support

      Cons

      This company has a lot of restructuring and has not kept up with paying their clinicians to account for the incredibly cost of living (Clinicians took a 10k pay decrease last year, and have to see upwards of 30 clients a week in order to make up for this, which is unsustainable in mental health). Yet they continue expanding and hiring, which makes me wonder about their financial management capabilities.
