Pros

They did compensate the treacherous work with lots of money. I think that's the only way they retained anyone.

Cons

They encouraged everyone not to eat lunch in order to get all your tests done because you had to do your write ups of everything the same day before you went home. I was there until 7-8 some days without eating all day. I would shake. I was terrified I would screw up the whole time I was there. Management did not help, I had one good manager and she got the heck out of there, should have taken that as a sign. Their SOPs are wrong and they won't fix them, they instruct you to do the wrong things and they punish you for following them. They also leave out the most important parts of the testing processes. This place is a mess. IMO this company doesn't even deserve one star.

Pros

Work Life Balance , holidays, and PTO.

Cons

Weak leadership in middle and upper management, no accountability in most departments, and terrible communication. The company has experienced multiple layoffs in the past 3 years with no signs of improvement. Weak leadership in middle and upper management and no type of employment metrics whatsoever creates situations where the high achievers who do not toot their own horn constantly get unnoticed and under appreciated and eventually laid off. The Senior Leadership team has been completely replaced multiple times in the last few years, no sense of continuity or direction as the goalpost constantly shift as this company attempts to understand how to be profitable. Overrated loyalist stay on while hard working high performers get pushed aside because management does that absolute bare minimum to understand the value of members of their team. Spends more money on real estate, new sites etc. without putting any investment into the people who will actually do the work and run those new sites. A billion dollar extension to a building was completed and within two months a large lay off occurred. The new building was vacant and just appeared nice for clients while not being utilized.
