Pros
There are absolutely no pros to mention. Okay, maybe one. The company has potential to become a great company as the industry doesn't have much competition. They have different business lines so opportunities to grow are limitless.
Cons
Local and Senior leadership are bullies and the most unprofessional I have ever observed. Benefit costs are astronomical that not even management can afford. Most of staff is uneducated and can't even write basic emails. Worst of all, there are so many connections between institutionalized employees you cant provide any constructive criticism to one because it will spread like the plague to the point where everyone will retaliate against you. This is absolutely the worst company I've worked for in my entire life and if I didn't have responsibilities I would leave in a heart beat. Stay away from Garda as it will make you hate life.
