      Pros

      Some great people to work with, every other Friday off (9/40 work weeks), some people have worked their whole lives in the company - long term is possible.

      Cons

      Communication isn't always by official channels. Lots of things through the rumor mill long before leadership admits it. WHO you know and who can vouch for you matters more than your actual skills. Still some remnants of "old boy" network although that may be changing.

      Pros

      Both pay and benefits were good.

      Cons

      Both Management and the Union need to be overhauled. Union has too many dead beets working there and too many stupid rules to boot. Kinda like a Good ol' boys theme. Management is clueless, they like to fly by the seat of their pants. When things go wrong ( and that's usually always) they are quick to put the blame on the Employee. A lot of cut throats there, you have to watch your back constantly. Stay away if possible!!!
